The staff is nice and friendly, however, the owner is very tacky and extremely unprofessional! We brought 48 women to the bistro for a shower. We went through 2 event planners in les than 2 months and had all of our information and details lost both times. Neither time did the owner bother to call us to get our information. We just so happened to call each time to make sure everything was on track, only to find out they had not record of our event.
When we showed up the day of shower, we found the bistro not ready for 48 women, there weren't enough chairs, the big corner table promised to us was now a Christmas display covered up by 2 hanging sheets, the flowers were not the flowers promised to us and they were wilted and the owner was nowhere to be found. She did not show up until 30 minutes before the shower started. She NEVER once apologized, instead she took each and every opportunity to blame us for the "faults" of her poor business ethics. She is a very poor representation of her business and unfortunately calls all the shots. Her staff would not do anything or make a call without "running it by the owner first". She was more concerned with her jewelry display and tacky Christmas display hidden by sheets than she was about taking care of the 48 women coming to her business that day. She was very rude and clearly has ZERO customer service skills. It is disappointing to think of the potential that small business has and will never reach with the current management running that place. I understand why they've gone through 2 event planners now. I couldn't work for her either.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT bring your business here. You will regret it!!
