When restaurateur Matthew Russo started Meramec Catering in the early '60s, he and his wife Fran operated out of a storefront in downtown Clayton. They saw
themselves as wedding caterers.

But faster than you can say Salvatore, the Russo's produced five children, and a rapidly growing business to manage. Today the family business is comprised of
four locations, offering:

- Full Service Catering - Banquet Facilities
- Cafe Dining - Self Service Catering

Our people offer the best in culinary/hospitality training and event planning expertise. Four members of Russo's team are certified Chefs and designated by the American Culinary Federation. Our staff regularly participates in both learning and teaching sides of continuing education for Caterers. Russo's well-trained Event Planners are experienced from the ground up, working directly with the chefs in food production as well as on site at special
events.
